You’re likely juggling a lot of tasks at work, school, and home. Remembering which portal is the right one to sign in to your personal or professional account for Rosetta Stone doesn’t need to be complicated. That’s why we’re excited to announce a new and improved, centralized login to access your Rosetta Stone accounts. Whether you use Rosetta Stone for personal or business, getting back into your favorite language learning app just got easier.
Why a centralized Rosetta Stone login matters
Currently Rosetta Stone offers three language learning products: Rosetta Stone for Individuals, Rosetta Stone for Enterprise, and Rosetta Stone for Schools. Each version had its own URL for signing in to access your next language lessons. This presented a few challenges that we’ve now updated to offer you the following benefits.
Better user experience
You might be someone who searches “Rosetta Stone login” or “Rosetta Stone sign in” and clicks on the first URL that pops up. It’s possible that the URL took you to a different product than you expected. With a single, centralized login, you don’t have to guess if you’re on the correct sign in page.
Some of our learners have more than one Rosetta Stone account. For instance, you may be learning Japanese on your own, but you’re required to improve your French at work. Now you can access each product, separately, with the same login page: login.rosettastone.com. Overall, a centralized login streamlines the user experience and makes it easier to access each product as needed.
Improved security
Any public access point to an online product comes with inherent risks of cyber attacks. With tens of thousands of users across the consumer and enterprise brands, it’s easy to see the potential security risks when there are multiple access points. By directing all consumer and enterprise users to one sign in page, the risk of a security breach is reduced.
How to sign in to Rosetta Stone now
Subscribers can easily sign in to their Rosetta Stone account using this login portal: login.rosettastone.com. Simply enter your existing email and password to log in to the portal. You will not need to create a new password at this time.
Educators who use Rosetta Stone for Schools can still able to access their account using their school-specific login and credentials, but they can also use the centralized login portal.
Our Rosetta Stone App has always offered a Single Sign On (SSO) option, and this functionality now exists for web browsers. If you have forgotten your credentials, you can click “Forgot Password” to reset your password.
While we’ve worked to streamline the sign in process, we recognize that some users will prefer to use their existing integrations to access Rosetta Stone. Integrations like Clever will still function properly and allow users access to their dashboard. Our product development team has worked to create a usable, centralized login portal that meets all user needs on any desktop, tablet, or mobile device.
What to expect after signing in if you’re subscribed to multiple products
Many subscribers have a personal and professional account to access Rosetta Stone for Enterprise or Rosetta Stone for Schools. When you’re ready to jump back into learning your new language, simply use your existing credentials for that specific product (Individual, Enterprise, or Schools) you’d like to access. To switch to another product, simply logout, then sign in to the centralized login page with the appropriate credentials.
Your current progress in the language you’re learning will be exactly where you left off. If you have any questions or concerns, you can always reach out to our customer support team. We’re confident that you’ll appreciate the improved user experience of our centralized sign in portal so you can easily get back into learning Mandarin, Italian, Hindi, English, Spanish, or any of our 25 languages!
